Caleb Properties offers property management services including tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, financial reporting, and more.


 Fully managed is 8% + VAT of rent collected. Tenant-find and add-ons are priced separately.

Onboarding is £595 + VAT for New or Vacant Properties.

Management transfer is £225 + VAT


 We typically go live within 48 hours of completion of compliance and aim to secure tenancies within 2-4 weeks depending on demand. Average live to let is 17 days!


Caleb Properties's tenant screening process includes a thorough background check, credit check, and employment verification to ensure the best possible tenants.


Caleb Properties has a network of trusted contractors and vendors to handle maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently. We will always source the quote direct from the contractor with no overage under any circumstances!


 Yes.  All deposits are registered with an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme. 


We can advise and arrange short-term lets, but we typically recommend an initial long let (6-12 months) to secure steady income and verify ROI.
